FW PromoReviews of fwpromo.com

Can I start off by saying their customer service was phenomenal! They contacted me back through email and phone calls quickly and answered all of my questions before I picked up my shirts. The prices are affordable and when I picked up my shirts for a client, I was blown away! Amazing product and print work. They were so friendly! You all have got yourself a customer for life! Thank you!

I ordered from FW Promo and had a great experience. My sales person was very patient with me as I kept adding to my order. Everything came out exactly as I wanted and I am not always easy to please. I give them 5 star rating and will recommend them to everyone!

Friendly, knowledgeable and affordable! I would recommend!

Only place to do business in the metroplex if you want you products done right.

I found FW Promo a year or so ago while sourcing for a new and local supplier for uniformed shirts, caps, camo gear, and customer handouts. Dealing with them has been flawless, transparent, and quite frankly a real joy. They go out of there way to find what I need and deliver in an acceptable time frame. Pricing is competitive but more importantly the genuine interest they have taken in getting us what we need is what I really like about them. You cannot go wrong with these folks!

Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend!!

No matter what we throw at them, they deliver! Artwork and colors are phenomenal, and their customer service is the best. It is so mice to do business with a company that is proud of their work, and listens to the wants and wishes of each customer. I use them every tome we have an event or team, and also use them for my work shirts. AWESOME!!! Would recommend them to anyone.

I have ordered twice from them and have been pleased both times with the service, the price and the product and will use them in the future again as the need arises.
