Received another shipment that wasn’t packaged well and resulted in broken bottles and shards of glass when opening the box. I had previously e-mailed about this same issue and had it resolved. My next box was packaged well with each bottle rolled in protective paper. This box had protective paper that was just thrown in the box and not wrapped around any of the bottles, exactly what caused the broken glass last time. It’s extremely frustrating to receive a shipment of 6 bottles of vitamins that are busted and can’t be consumed… again. I’m going to cancel my subscription as this is the same issue and obviously hasn’t been resolved, I believe the odds of receiving a box of broken glass is pretty high after this experience. I will never order from this company again after going through this a second time, it’s absolutely unacceptable.

Never received the item. And never gotten a response from costumer service

One of the glass items in my package was broken when I opened it. I have reached out several times regarding the incident and no one has contacted me.

I placed on order September 5th. I received half of the product I ordered September 11th. I waited another 10 days and it still hadn’t arrived. At that point I decided to email the only email address they provide to get assistance. Over the timespan of a week I sent 3 emails and filled out a contact form from the Shop app asking for an update and even just some assistance on the missing part of the order. I did not receive any answer back, and there is no phone number to contact a live CSR. After more time had passed I decided to go through the PayPal route to contact the Seller. After 72 hours with no response from the PayPal route using the screenshot showing the partial delivery proof on the Shop app I had no choice but to escalate the claim through PayPal for a refund of $77 USD. I still have heard nothing from Future Kind, and have no choice but to see if PayPal can assist. Even if the product is the best, the lack of logistical support and zero customer service means I cannot recommend this company.

We haven’t received our order from a week ago. Where is it?

I made one of the largest orders I've ever made. The receipt for my large order (with four different packages) was inside a box with a single blender/shaker bottle. But none of the other products from my large order were there. I wrote customer service an inquiry the day that I received the single package - but I have not heard back from them in several days. Very disappointing - especially since I am near the end of my vitamins and expected to have my next order delivered in a timely manner.
