I have never received this order and contacted support twice with no resolution. Wildly uncommon for this company. Very disappointed.

Unresponsive customer support! I couldn't get them to respond to my inquiries to cancel my order (before it shipped). I had forgotten to cancel my subscription and emailed them as soon as I got my confirmation email for the order. No response. I emailed them two more times and used their contact form on the site, both before and after the order shipped, and never got a response.

Incredibly slow shipping - why not just send via post office? Never received, probably have to do a chargeback.

You can improve by answering emails. One email was weeks ago with questions and was never answered…never! And I received an order on Friday from the post office that was damaged with a note from the post office acknowledging the damage and loss. I emailed Friday and again today and nothing …dead air. I have quite a few recurring orders with your company and other items I get as needed. I have been on the internet all morning looking at other companies I can buy from. Thorne is rated highly. I like your vitamins but I can never get help, responses to emails and help as in now with a damaged order. You desperately need to do a whole lot better as a company. Hannerle Moore

I sent an email i over a week ago to make sure my new subscriptions would come with my old ones so i would not be charged twice for shipping. I have heard nothing back from anyone. I have however received several emails confirming orders and a request for reviews, so here you go.

They take your money but don't send you the product. They don't respond to multiple emails asking about your shipment. I wish I could give them 0 stars

placed an order for the first time, Was referred by TinyHealth. I received my order and one of the bottles “vegan iron” was empty with no pills inside of it. Sent two email in regards to this order over a week ago and have not yet received a response from the company.

Never got package, it said it would arrive one day, then changed another day, and I still never got it.
