Didn't receive my full order yet

The product is great and your company is great. BUT ... I was automatically signed up for the Onward delivery insurance for $2.55 - I did not want this. I didn't even notice it in the checkout process, and by the time I got the email saying that I could cancel it if "I didn't mean to add Onward to my order", it had already "shipped" (it had not, just pre-shipped, whatever that means...) and I was not able to cancel it. I definitely did not select Onward; it was default added to the order, putting the onus on me to notice and de-select. This seems an unsavory way to do business. I still plan to order my Omega 3 supplements from Futurekind, as I like everything else about them. I just wish they'd reconfigure this Onward option so it's not automatically added. The fact that a followup email is included that offers buyers the option to cancel Onward "if they didn't mean to purchase it" indicates that they know this is a problem for their customers.

I feel that if I set my order date as the 20th, products should ship that day. Instead of days later. Also, your shipping is super slow. The order was sent express after the first order was lost and it took over a week to receive. Also, I should not have to pay any shipping fee on a replacement order that was lost. The products are good. The shipping needs improved.

I assume it's a good multivitamin but my Green urine makes it a no no for me

The vitamins are fantastic. I’ve notice positive changes in my and my husband’s health. I like them enough to work through the customer service issues related to the subscription. While I understand that items are occasionally out of stock, I would think that those items that are excluded from a subscription shipment would then ship as part of the ongoing subscription, but it isn’t, which makes me adjust when my orders are filled. I’m disappointed, but I will still attempt to find a way to work through it.

Powder just doesn't dissolve that well - maybe there's no vegan protein powder out there that actually does. At minimum needs to be blended in a real blender. A blender bottle doesn't cut it and makes for a very thick and grainy drink. Also, the bag doesn't reseal snugly, so I had to transfer the powder into a different container. It's a very expensive product to not love!

My last order of Foundation Multi had a couple damaged capsules with white powder loose in the pouch (no visible damage to the pouch). This is the first time it’s happened and I’ve been a subscriber for a couple years now. I’m sure Future Kind will reply to the email I sent 4 days ago with a remedy soon. Overall happy with the products I’ve tried.
