Bag of protein powder arrived busted, so the contents were everywhere in the shipping box. Notified customer service of the issue with no response. The packaging in general for this product is not very good. I appreciate the fact that it’s compostable, but the bags also don’t seal to close how they’re supposed to. I like the product, just disappointed with customer service and the packaging.

I was sent Essential for Vegans instead of Essential Multivitamins.

It is impossible to apply my rewards without reaching out to customer service. Each time, I'm sent a code and when I apply it to the bill it doesn't accept it. This has happened several times.

Late as usual. On another topic: last time you sent me a bottle of vegan super plant complex capsules. Completely irresponsible of you. What if I took these just trusting you? You do not know anything medically about me. There could be something contraindicated for something I am already taking or a medical condition I have. Do not do this again!!! I hope someone actually reads this. Next time I will cancel all future orders with you.

Even after cancellation, product was sent and charged!

Really sad to see most of the bottles I received were plastic and not glass. What a huge letdown … I really expected more of this company :(

I ordered 7 bottles of the same thing this time and the exact same offer to order 3 more each at $10 less popped up again. I could've saved ~$60 if I were to have ordered fewer bottles and just waited for the same offer to pop up again. And then do it all over again for the same discount. Feels like I'm getting ripped off unless I learn yet another marketing tactic and take advantage of it.

It was very important to me to receive my package in time , I buy it here because it said to days shipping , I had to buy another vitamins , and now after a week I still don’t have this ones. Don’t put 2 days shipping please.
