Took forever to ship. Did not work. Zero change on my face. No tightening effect at all. FRAUD.

I entered the address. The site recorded my name as the address. Recorded the street as the city. Didn't record a state. I've emailed customer support 3x. At this point i'm not even sure this is an actual store, and not just a scam site. Fortunately, $50 doesn't make or break me. But i feel like i just had my money stolen.

I received the item a day or two ago i installed one of the tool for the foot cleaning and then I replaced it with another one now the tool come on however it is not turing the tool to be used you can hear the motor .

Product ordered 7/24/26. Never received, no shipping information. Contacted customer service, so far, 3 times and not one single response. I would not recommend them as a vendor. I will not order again from them.

I tried this product and was completely disappointed in the way it felt on my skin and did nothing to change the appearance of my skin. Simply did not work as advertised.

This is not the product that was advertised! It does not work!The packaging was all smashed up. Very disappointed that it was not what was on the promo video. Customer service was louset as well. Do not waste your money returning it would be expensive but I am looking into sending it back. Was supposed to be free shipping too but charged me 16$.
