Product doesn't work. Very long delays to get a response, if at all.

I haven’t received anything yet! It’s been 5-6 weeks. No answer from previous emails to CS.

I emailed for how to return the items and no one will respond. The items do not fit my drains. They are too tall and cheap plastic.

The two sink stoppers didn’t fit and I already reported this to you but never got a response.

The sink stopper is made of plastic with chrome coloring! The basket part of it is made with the thinnest, cheapest metal. I have never seen such a poor quality product in shops anywhere. I contacted Futumall to return it but didn't get any response. I shouldn't be surprised as it was shipped from China. This was the worst $20 I've ever spent.

I ordered the drain stopper and it is too big for my drain. I am trying to contact the email that they offer and I not getting a response and to send product back and credit my card.

Too bad to buy this product
