They were a little smaller than anticipated. The way they were packaged they had a really bad smell for days. Trying to get them to look more full was not that easy, some of the branches broke off. We'll see how they hold up outside.

Did not. Receive the package. Checked the shipping follow up the USPS said there was no street address. They said it was on the way. Then said I would have to come to the PO to get it.

Accidentally made an error on my order, caught the mistake immediately and cancelled. Customer service assured me that refund would be credited within 2 weeks... and it was!

Julia was able to provide a refund. I dont know why the product was not designed to fit my drain.

I loved the product, however was disappointed 3 I had to go to the post office and pay an additional $7.70

Wasn't hard to order, but still waiting on product to arrive. Last check it was departing LA airport. It has been over 3 weeks since the order was placed. Knowing it came from China still patiently waiting.

The instructions were too small of a print that I took a photo and enlarged the print. It took quite some time for its arrival with no update on the delivery status. It’s now charging so I have not yet used it.

Machining on tool surface could have been better. Size difference on prongs I will finish the prongs myself
