Item purchased for cat entertainment and will probably work but have to figure out how to fill the water and air first. Item made in China so shipping longer than usual.

I gave a 4 star rating because I never received information regarding my order being processed ( so I didn't know if I was scammed) , nor did I receive tracking information. My package did arrive and I'm pleased with my order.

I purchased a collapsable seat on futumall as a gift for my brother who is some what disabled. But i tried it myself and found the seat is too low and difficult to stand. But i can see it really useful when i camp. I contacted futumall and Julia was a great help in obtaining a refund and feal with the return process. She was fast and clear about the process.

It’s quite what I expected. Leaves skin soft. I like it so far.

Only used peeler on potatoes and have given 1 away look forward to use on cabbage.

There was an error in my order, which I caught and contacted Futumall immediately. At my request of them responding within 24 hours to my email to Futumall stating the problem, I must say, they responded within that timeframe and we were able to resolve the error right away. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the initial error in billing. All has been corrected in a timely and polite manner so all is good! 😊

Package took a long time to be received once purchased. Tracking the package was extremely difficult and most times it couldn’t be tracked.
