Our two cats were hesitant at first to use the automatic litter box but grew into trusting it and using it regularly. We appreciate the lack of odor and the tidiness and will be purchasing another in the future for upstairs.

I’ve owned several smart liter boxes. This one is compact, quiet, easy to clean, and conceals smells. The cats seem to like it and it gives them better privacy than others. We had the Litter Robot for about a year. It’s challenging to clean and it always stinks. There’s just no combination of things that mask the smell. It’s also huge. It broke and the customer service told us we needed to buy a new part for $250. The whole thing cost $500 — no thanks. We decided to try a new brand. I read others reviews and they are right. It’s quiet, smaller, and easier to use than others. The round litter box simply unclips so you can remove it to empty and wash the entire unit. This is a superior design. We also have a Cat Genie connected in the laundry room but it stops working from time to time so this is a fantastic back up.
