Settled on special price on a chair

Whats done is done. The two delivery men were careful and professional and the staff were professional. I wished I shopped from other stores before running my credit because at Ashley found a better sectional instead of sofa and loveseat for much cheaper price and comfort was firm and material cloth is similar to the one we bought. Both went through same bank credit. If I had a choice I would have gone to Ashley for a better deal and a new item instead of floor sample. Despite the memorial deal they had we end up not using it because u have to spend more to get the 4th item at a dollar.

I found the inability of the salesman to coordinate with delivery very frustrating. Salesman busted his hump to make sure furniture was available by date I needed furniture delivered, but delivery unable to schedule delivery for another 3 days.

Average Salesman-type environment, all over you as soon as you get in the door. Asked for a discount as I spent a lot of money there, which he agreed to, heard no more about it and nothing reflected on final bill.

My fiance and I purchased a bedroom set. It came in two weeks we put it all together and loved it until we realized they gave us the wrong size headboard. We called they said two weeks called again to check in now I have to wait three weeks. So my fiance and I have been sleeping on our mattress on the floor for two weeks. I am very upset and unhappy with the fact they sent me the wrong stuff and I have no wait now a total of 5 weeks to set up my bedroom. We will see what happens when it gets here. However their staff is very polite and I really liked how nice they were helping us resolve the issue. Just wish it was in a more timely manner considering they messed it up.

Prices of the furniture beat anywhere in the area . However, while trying to pick up my couch, I had 3 different people give me 3 different dates of arrival (1 week then then following week then "by the end of the month") I was then told not to drive to the store because the couch wasn't there. Drove there anyways because I was originally told it would be there and there it was! No one seemed to know what they were talking about.

The sales experience was absolutely great...4 stars, but the issues with the delivery were so bad my overall review is 3 stars only. The delivery driver actually said my delivery time was between 9am and 8pm, despite the phone call I received the day before providing me with a 6 hour block 2pm to 8pm). I've never done business before wherein I was expected to stay home for 11 hours (or within a 15 minute phone call radius) waiting for a service. IfI needed to purchase furniture again, this would be my go to place IF I arranged for my own delivery...if however I needed the item delivered I would look at purchasing from a location closer to home with a 4-6 hour guaranteed delivery window (no earlier, no later)....I have even purchased from a place before that is only 15 minutes away from my home and I was able to choose the 2 hour time block.

Great in person everything went well, received damage furniture terrible with customer service an replacing it!
