Although I was referred to your STORE for my Mattress, I was totally misled for the Mattress that was sold to me." Originally when I came into your Store, I explained to your Salesman very concisely that I wanted a Mattress that would last, and one that would be conducive for my Body type. Now here it is just a little over 6 Months later, and I am already tossing and turning on this Mattress because I can feel the (Springs) poking into my lower Pelvis, and into my Elbows when I to turn over. I have (Never) experienced the type of dissatisfaction after purchasing a Mattress this soon after buying it." Especially for the price that I paid, and being told that the Mattress was New...!!!!! In my Eye's, for the ware that this Mattress is (ALREADY) displaying, there is NO WAY in Heck that sold to me as a New one..."Absolutely No Way Possible." This was a very poor act of Customer manipulation and misleading representation just to make the sell. And it was made in very poor taste." In all honesty, if I had the time I would go down to Channel 13 and ask (Kurtis) to make this known to the public, and actually show how (WORN) this Mattress actually is in the SHORT time that I have had it!!!! Went in in response to "buy one get one free" Fathers Day Ad on sofas or chairs. First sign of trouble - salesman said the offer only applied to certain items, which in opinion were junk! After pointing out that no where in the ad did it say there were restrictions, we were able to negotiate buy one get half off a better quality item. Second sign of trouble was paying "paying cash " for delivery. We had just spent nearly $3,000 on two chairs and they couldn't spring the $39 for delivery! i am a disabled senior otherwise I would have just brought them home in my truck. Bought two power recliners with massage. One chair immediately had a problem, never have they offered to exchange it for one that is working! Instead one repair after another. Never again will I buy another stick of furniture from this place! I have also told friends and family to stay away from this place.

Don't bother to buy the expensive additional insurance. They will not come and fix it and the will give you a bogus excuse. U will never purchase furniture here again. Do yourself a favor go to Costco!!!

The sales rep assisting us was just Not present. He was a Hispanic guy named Victor. We kept asking questions and all his answers were yes or no. He didn't bother to expand on any of it. Not only that, but when we picked up our furniture, the legs on one of the couches were missing. After calling, and calling for the next few days, we just couldn't get him to help us. finally the manager was helpful and said they would ship us the legs. Not only that, he said he can drop it off at my house. I've had a good experience here before but the encounter with Victor was not pleasant.
