You pay for rush processing then they send it the slowest possible way. I will update if I ever received the patio set.

I just wanted to update my review for future purchasers. Though I think this has been taken off their website. My item never did ship. They did confirm that they do not hold any inventory and just submitted a tracking number to "buy time" to try to get the product sourced. This company is absolutely a scam. The address provided on their website, is not for this actual company. I did drive by as I am local, and it doesn't exist. There is only one "customer service rep" and he seems like this is not his actual job and steps out to take calls in what sounds like a hallway as it is always muffled. He did state the owner lives in California, and the number they called back on is in California, not their "customer service" line. It took a few weeks for them to agree to refund my order, after basically stalking them to do so. They "refunded" my order 7 days ago, but no money has been put back into my bank thus far. Even after checking with my bank, the standard time should only be about 48 hours for the refund to process. I fought the charge for a charge back with the bank with all the info I could provide. This was by far the worst interaction I've ever had with any company, ever. Being screamed at on the phone by "customer service", talked down on, laughed at, and gaslit. Told I don't understand how "drop ship" works even though I work in the industry. I don't know that I will ever see my money back. And definitely won't get any time back for trying to track it down.

Dear Kaitlin, Sorry for the inconvenience, We have already explained to you the situation regarding the shipment delay. Your order has already been picked up by FedEx and we have received a cancelation request from you because of the delay. We have already shared a follow-up email. We update our inventory every day so customers can buy only in-stock products. We don't have any physical stores. Everything we are selling online and doing "drop shipping" which means direct delivery from the manufacturer warehouse to the retailer or customer. As per your request, we have canceled your order and issued a full refund. We have also shared a refund receipt. You have to talk with your bank and show the refund receipt which we have emailed to you already because the bank takes time to settle the amount approx 10+ days.

This online store is a joke!! I placed two orders for outdoor furniture and they both were canceled due to items not actually available. The website clearly showed multiple in stock. IM DONE SHOPPING HERE!!!

Ordered a gymnastics wedge as a gift. Order was processed, payment accepted. Hours later I get an email saying item out of stock and payment would be refunded. Not a great experience for my first purchase. :(

Bought an item and days later received email out of stock. Then took more than a week to get refund! Definitely tied up my money for over a week!

Dear Paula, We have received your order on December 1st but the item has been sold out and we have refunded you on December 2nd. The bank takes 3-4 business days to settle the amount. We never hold your money. Please check with your bank.

The product was poorly made and too large for our purpose. We made the purchase using Amazon Pay and asked for a return label so that we could drop it off at an Amazon location. We have only been given an address and told to provide tracking information once we’ve paid for and sent the package. This is unacceptable.

Dear Barbara, We have already waved off a 30% restocking fee. Please read our return shipping policy. Find the link below: https://www.furniturehomedecorshop.com/pages/terms-conditions
