The product was not the size stated on the website and I requested a return label. I sent in photos with measurements. They went to the manufacturer who said it was handmade and the variance was acceptable. It was not acceptable to me nor did they state that on their site. It was not what I paid for. Also I am suppose to return it in 14 days or there will be a 20% restocking charge. I am suppose to send it back to the manufacture. I think they just subcontract sellers. They want me to pay for the return and insure it. I suggest you do not deal with Home and Decor. Denise Schultz

The product wasn't what I was expecting and noone will answer me how to return it!

I bought the 6 foot bendable tree. It is an embarrassment. I can't believe this company is proud to sell that.

My order was canceled due to lack of inventory

An order was placed you confirmed and then hours later state you dont have . A total waste of my time

I had to sign up with my e-mail for a supposed discount on my purchase. When I clicked on the link to use it, it went to a blank screen and when I entered the Welcome20 when I purchased, it wouldn't accept it there either. Ended up paying full price when I could have gotten it on another site cheaper. Bait and switch? Update:Got an e-mail from them stating discount only good on $999 and over. WTH? And worse, paid full price for the order and days later refunded because it was and had been out of stock long before I ordered it. Don't waste your time with these people.
