The items I ordered were priced incorrectly and I was offered $10 off for the inconvenience. My order went from being a little over $400 to a little over $700. As a business owner, this is a mistake I would have expected the company to own and fix moving forward, but not make it the customer's dilemma. Wasn't a great feeling.

On your website, you had a link for an email that said when signing up receive $20 off your first order, so I signed up however once I signed up received a confirmation that that was only applicable on orders over $1000 this is misleading, now my email address is in your system yet I didn’t receive the $20 discount on my first purchase.
