Items were shipped promptly and packaged very well. I originally made an order for this product on another site, but it was taking so long to process, I cancelled and gave Home & Decor a shot instead and am thrilled I did! I even got a better deal on this site for the same item.

All of the process appears to be automated but was accurate and worked well. Order confirmation came quickly and I received email status updates all the way to delivery. Received my order today. It was a 3 ft statue that was very well packaged and arrived in about a week with no damage. For the price I paid and the short time it took, I'm extremely pleased. The negative, they keep pitching the Shop App for order tracking. I don't like or trust the Shop App as it requires access to your email accounts. You don't have to use it as they provide good status updates directly to my email. I can't rate their customer service as I didn't need to contact them after I placed my order.
