I have made several purchases and return because we have had excellent service. Amanda from the Fairfield, OH store helps me each time. Recently I returned to purchase a chair we needed for a gift that had to meet certain specifications. As usual, she hit the mark and we are very pleased and will return when we have our next need. Thank you Amanda!!!

After looking for dressers all over town, I was surprised that the best constructed ones available were at Furniture Fair. The set we chose are solid wood with traditional joints. In a world where most furniture is particle board and veneer, glued and screwed, it was a pleasure to see something that could have been made in a woodworker's shop 100 years ago. One piece was not in stock and delivery involved a few hiccups and delays, but those were out of the control of the store. Their communication and resolution was always handled professionally.
