We love our new sectional! Although it took quite a bit of time to receive it, it was worth the wait! We saved about $800 purchasing it through FurnitureEtc, so waiting for a few weeks for delivery seemed reasonable.

Can’t beat the prices and I enjoyed how the updates came via email to let you know where in the process we were. It would have been nice if the process was a little faster which is why I only gave 4 stars.

They always kept me up to date on where my order was in the process. It arrived sooner than anticipated and the delivery company they scheduled it through were very professional. The couch looks better than I anticipated and I got it so much cheaper than a big company
