Do fiducia ed attendo nuovamente.

Customer services lie....ordered some items with 2 to 4 working day delivery. 10 days later no info or items. Contacted customer services with order details and told the were going to contact DPD the courier and find out where the item was....DPD have no knowledge of the parcel, they have no collection booked from furnica , and no advanced collection booking information so as far as they are concerned furnica haven't even prepared the item for dispatch. Why do companies like furnica believe it's acceptable to blatantly lie to customers to cover up their failures. If they had just said sorry we haven't been able to dispatch the item yet I wouldn't have minded at all. ****update since the review*** so Furnica have now sent me an email supposedly from DPD saying they have damaged the parcel and would I like a new item sent or a refund - I've asked for a new item to be sent, but still not received any tracking info. Call me cynical , but this isn't how DPD work....I get regular DPD deliveries from dozens of different companies, and every time, as soon as the parcel collection is booked from the supplier, DPD send me an email saying "we are expecting your parcel" and it then shows up in "MyDPD" -this is before they have even picked it up....and so this seems to be a complete nonsense....I will update if and when Furnica actually provide me with a trackable consignment number.

1 mois que j'ai commandé, toujours aucun colis, aucunes nouvelles, aucun contact ... escroquerie attention. 551.99 euro dans le c.. ! Merci

Not impressed! The item came in different deliveries with one part taking extremely long. With the item not being up to scratch I have asked for a refund. I received adequate correspondence up until the refund stage and now I feel like I’ve been robbed! Very sad situation considering it is coming up to Christmas. I keep beating myself up for not using IKEA or Wayfair. Please can you authorise my refund!!
