I bought an item on this website at the beginning of december 2024 and before Christmas (20 days later) I sent them an email asking for information. They replied as if there was an issue with the shipping. I asked twice to resend me the object; at the end of january they replied the last time saying that everything was passed to the warehouse. Never got anything since that. They took good money to just answer to a couple of messages and disappear. Good job furnica, I'll never buy anything again from you. The worst shopping experience ever.

Despite having a professional looking website, the service is anything but. I placed an order, received order confirmation immediately and no follow up or order status for two weeks. After writing several times, I received a response that they were looking into it and were going to inquire with UPS as to where my parcel is. I thanked them and asked for a UPS tracking number so I could follow up. No communication after that. Had to report it to the CC company and get my refund. Not sure how people are getting what they ordered but this is not a company I would trust. Oh and I am a US customer. Maybe those in Europe fair better🤷🏻‍♂️

Finger weg. Ware ist nicht vorrätig. Kommunikation schleppend / nicht vorhanden. Paypal Käuferschutz eingeschaltet

Used Furnica many times in the past but last time was a really delayed service and this time even worse my order took weeks to come and when it did half was missing and some was wrong. Ive had no communication as you cant speak to anyone the fact its a mobile number is iffy but then add to that it doesnt work, Shocking really id say stay away if you depend on things you order actually being delivered

Lieferung sollte 2-4 Werktage dauern. Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen kamen nach 3,5 Wochen endlich zweiSendungsverfolgungsnummernn. Paket 1 von 2 wurde einen Monat nach Bestellung geliefert (falsche Farbe), das zweite gar nicht. Am Anfang noch schnelle Antworten auf Mails, mittlerweile keine Reaktion mehr. Dank Paypal das Geld zum Glück zurück. Kann nur von dem Shop abraten!
