Ich hatte eine Kommode bestellt, welche innerhalb von 2-4 Tagen geliefert werden sollte. Als nach über eine Woche noch keinerlei Info kam, fragte ich nach wo die Kommode bleibt. Antwort vom Verkäufer : er fragt bei DHL nach Wieder fast eine woche später fragte ich erneut nach. Antwort : Sie bekommen keine Rückmeldung könnten mir aber die Ware nochmal neu zusenden. Wenn ich mir die Bewertungen hier ansehe, scheint dies eine Masche zu sein. Ich schrieb, dass ich den Kauf stornieren möchte. Daraufhin habe ich bis heute keine Antwort erhalten ! Ich kläre nun alles über Klarna und der Aufwand ärgert mich jetzt. Fazit : FINGER WEG

Ne commandez jamais chez eux ! Premièrement, délai de livraison extrêmement long, et il a fallut qu’on les contacte nous-même pour en savoir plus sur notre colis. Deuxièmement, une fois ce dernier reçu, nous il nous manquait pas mal de vis, nous avons contacté le service client, et sans excuse nous les avons reçu des jours après, décalant ainsi le montage du meuble. Quand à ce dernier, une CATASTROPHE : les planches n’étant pas adéquates au vis, le meuble est totalement inutilisable. Nous avons envoyé des photos et vidéos au service client, qui nous a juste répondu que c’est nous qui ne savons pas monter de meuble et nous a laissé en plan. Depuis, nous avons acheter un autre meuble chez un concurrent pour 30€ de plus et qui est impeccable. Quand à « cette commande » achetée chez Furnica, elle a rendez vous à la déchèterie la semaine prochaine.. Bref, passez votre chemin !

Ich habe eine Kommode bestellt. Sie sollte in 2 Teilen geliefert werden. Die Ware wurde weder an DPD noch an DHL übergeben. Auf meine Emails erhalte ich keine Antwort. Ich kläre das ganze jetzt über Paypal.

BLOSS NICHTS BESTELLEN!!! Selbst ein Stern ist zu viel für diese Seite. Bestellung einer Kommode wurde am 6.6. aufgegeben. Seitdem kam keine weitere E-Mail außer die Bestätigung. Mehrfach versucht dort anzurufen, doch es kommt immer sofort dass der Teilnehmer nicht zu erreichen sei. Auch auf E-Mails erfolgte keine Reaktion.

Customer service is non-existent. Avoid this company as much as you can. My order, which was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days, is a month old, it has been in "Processing" status since day one. No one answers the phone, no one answers the email either. Stay away.
