Like many others I purchased furniture from this website and expressed my disappointment in the quality of the product and miscommunication : item was sent in two parcels with two separate delivery companies ; the gentleman I spoke to was very kind and polite and apologised for the confusion but that didn’t change my bad experience; and for the some reason my first review has been removed for being defamatory!!!!!!! Seriously!!!! I was being honest like many others here I had a bad experience

We ordered a cabinet and it arrived damaged. We've tried endlessly to get replacement parts - no reply or help. The cabinet is flimsy and other draws have broken despite being rarely used. Terrible company and NO customer service!

Ich vermute auch, es handelt sich um ein Facke Shop. Keine Bestätigung erhalten, per Email mehrmals gleiche Antwort, Telefonisch nicht erreichbar, es gibt bestimmt keinen richtigen Nummer. Lieferung um mehrere Wochen später, und nicht wie in der Bestellung stand! Kommode selbst billig Qualität! Nie wieder Furnica!

Habe den Verdacht es handelt sich um einen Fakeshop. Bewirbt Lieferung innerhalb von 3 Tagen. Keine Lieferung nach 3 Wochen. Telefonisch nicht erreichbar, EMail-Service Katastrophe. Glück gehabt, Paypal-Fall eröffnet, Geld zurück bekommen. Trotzdem sehr ärgerlich.

Betrüger! Ware gezahlt aber nie erhalten! Unbedingt meiden !

Having previously used this company in the past with no issues I thought I would place a large order for a product I have coming up. They have taken my money not been able to fulfil my order as they haven’t got items in stock. They advised me to cancel the order which I have done but I’m still yet to be refunded. My emails are now being ignored on the matter. This has been going on for over 2 weeks

3 Bestellungen aufgegeben! Auf meine E-Mails wurde nicht geantwortet. Telefonisch ist Furnica nicht erreichbar. Nachdem ich über Paypal Kontakt aufgenommen habe, wurde mir endlich eine Lieferung über DHL zugesichert. Einige Artikel musste ich zurückschicken und warte seit Wochen auf eine Gutschrift!

I bought a chest of drawers at furnica. I will never repeat this experience. The photos on the site were very beautiful, but the reality was very different. The quality of the materials is terrible. Not resistant, it is unstable. Already ruined. And even more so after assembly. They seem nice from the support. I asked for a full refund and they offered me only a partial one. Of which I am still waiting for confirmation. In any case, I strongly advise against purchasing this furniture which, during assembly, with approximate and unclear instructions, is also very difficult to assemble. I am very sorry because I relied a lot on this site and this item. But I will never buy from them again.
