I think this is the best or one of the best furniture accessories supplier not only in the UK but in other european countries (my friend from france is also buying their products). I am using their hardware for about 6 months now and it's great price quality ratio! Of course there were some issues (mostly with haulers) but they handled it perfectly!

Bought some gas lid stays around 2 months ago. Came on time. Quality ok if you are comparing to the price. It is not Ferrari but still ok. Would recommend.

Their customer service is excellent. I messaged them on a Sunday when I needed advice on a purchase, and they responded quickly, despite it being out of hours. They advised me and even added the new item to an existing order for me to save on delivery charges. These items arrived quickly, and when I had questions about the construction of one of these, they immediately came back, and requested that I send photos to help them troubleshoot. They are responsive and helpful. I wish that more companies worked in this way.

Really good experience. Googled some kitchen unit items and contacted Furnica on a Sunday eve to clarify dimensions. Got a carefully considered and very useful response within 30 mins. Consequently ordered and received the items in good time. Excellent quality at a really good price. Many thanks!

It is a very rare occurrence when a company performs better than expected! I bought two sets of heavy duty drawer slides from Furnica, one set of which was damaged on delivery. I requested a refund after which a very prompt return label was provided and a pick-up date notified for the parcel. The courier failed to collect and there was a rebooking charge applied because they said the collection failed! Furnica paid the rebooking fee on my behalf and the parcel was subsequently collected (The courier driver said he had not called for the first collection despite what the company said) Anyway I received my refund and I can commend Furnica for going above and beyond my expectations and for their terrific customer service!

I had found Furnica via web searches for a narrow larder unit and was quite pleased finding their website which has lots of good stuff for a kitchen refurbishment on it. I checked Trust Pilot and was somewhat taken aback when seeing just two reviews from 2016 and both savaging the company. However, THIS Furnica was only founded in 2016 and bought the domain then, so these reviews are extremely misleading - they are not referring to the kitchen supply Furnica I ordered from. My experience was very pleasing. The order process is smooth, the customer service is great and highly responsive and the items arrived well packed. Shipment took a bit longer (8 days) because DPD had a software issue at its Polish site. Can't blame Furnica for that - the items were handed over to DPD a day after I ordered as the DPD log showed. I still have to install the items but I opened the packages and everything looks very good. I am pretty sure this was not the last time I ordered from them. And for reference: my order number was 1859. Order amount £105.66.
