Ordered a chest of drawers in August, have not received any communication after the order confirmation (it is now November) I emailed them for information three times now and got no response. I have asked for a refund and them to cancel the order and still no response. Avoid at all costs.

Hab mir für meine neue Wohnung 2kommoden und eine Wohnwand bestellt und bekomme keine Antwort mehr und bin einfach 869 Euro los top Auf Mails wird nicht geantwortet und weiß nicht was ich machen soll ich denke wenn sie bis Ende November nicht kommen gehe ich zu Polizei und zum Anwalt absolut nicht zu empfehlen

The whorse company i ever seen . I bought tv unit from them. And they riped me off. The tv unit never arrived and refund too. Please PEOPLE AWOID DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ITS SCAM.

Noch immer die selbe Masche, die Ware wurde versandt kam aber nie an. Auf Rückfragen bekommt man jetzt keine Antwort mehr. Kauft dort nichts, es ist einfach nur Fake.

Auf die Lieferung der bestellten Artikel, im Webshop angegeben mit einer Lieferzeit von 2 - 4 Tagen, warte ich immer noch. Bestellt und bezahlt habe ich vor 6 Wochen. Keine Antwort auf Mail, telefonisch ist der Laden nicht zu erreichen. Leider ist es hier nicht möglich, KEINEN Stern zu vergeben, angemessen wärs.

The same as all the others below. This company is clearly not in the UK as they say 4 to 7 days then when nothing arrives they eventually replied to an email saying DPD had been to blame , then two weeks later part of the order arrives! Third week later and still waiting for the latches. The products rollers were decent, but the deciet at the point of sale is ridiculous and the phone number does not accept calls, I expect this is shipped straight from china! Finally completed delivery of latches some 19 days after my order was placed!
