I just went to purchase the furbo nanny subscription as there was a 50% off deal - then I find out that they charge you extra for each camera you have. so because I PURCHASED three cameras I have to pay an additional $60 per year on top of the already annoying subscription fee. These new business models really just want to squeeze every cent from us. The other thing I find unethical - the fire alarm / smoke alarm detection feature requires a Furbo Nanny subscription. The other advanced features can be locked behind a subscription, but turning off emergency features except to those who can afford it seems gross.

We purchased the pet camera with the lifetime subscription. Our bundle was 184$ instead of the 48$ option where you still pay the subscription. The company did not include what they sold us and refuse to fix it. We still have to subscribe to use the listed features. We spent an extra $136 for literally NO BENEFIT, and they robbed us.

I haven’t received any advice on the delivery, no consignment details have been forwarded to my email or my mobile service

While the camera works well the constant subscriptions and automatic subscription sign ups are disgraceful. An expensive camera that is the same exact as my k mart one, but with a lot more money put into marketing and useless subscription based products that do not enhance the product at all.

Furbo Nanny is a poor experience and utter waste of money. I wish I'd seen the reviews here before purchasing. The app thinks everything but my cat, is a cat. Whether that's me, a sofa pillow or an object in my coffee table. Don't waste your money

Absoluter Horror!!! Ich habe eine cam bestellt und die Lieferung dazu nicht erhalten. Der Support ist immer ein bot. Ich werde nun Käuferschutz einreichen.

pésimo servicio al cliente, llevan 10 días sin poder lograr enviar mi pedido, dicen que mi dirección no la pueden poner en su sistema, pero en cualquier lado si deja, amazon , mercado libre , ebay, etc etc. No solo han tardado en enviarlo, tuve yo que estar mandando correos , por qué si no lo hubiese hecho, nunca hubiese yo sido notificado de los hechos, sigo en espera y no dan ninguna respuesta clara, si van a comprar compren por amazon o algo así, no con ellos, PÉSIMO

The onboarding and purchasing experience should be a warning as to how bad their product is. They will not allow you to buy more than 2, they don't include a charger (and don't tell you that till after you order) and the one they insist you buy is out of stock. Their support will blame you for all their problems. The software is buggy as hell as well. A vibe coded app would do better.
