The product was ok at first, did the job, but like most items of tech they are all designed to fail at some point, despite the product being looked after really well. The Furbo just decided one day that it would no longer connect to the internet. I have attempted every solution available to the problem with no success. There has been zero support from the company in rectifying the issue. This was a clear software/hardware fault with the product. Not worth the price tag, terrible customer service, and will consider alternative products for future replacement

Never received the camera Could have been a mailing issue but the customer service were no help, kept telling me to wait 7 days for investigation, and now I cannot get hold of anyone in customer service to chase up. Unfortunately now having to dispute the payment with my bank as never received what I have paid for as haven’t had any updates from furbo as to whether they can refund or replace an item that hasn’t been delivered

really bad customer service. they told me to stick tweezers into a micro USB outlet!!

26/06/23 - UPDATE dropped to one star because I haven't been able to connect to the device all morning and finally it connects but won't respond properly I can see the dog lay down no the corner of the screen but can't see if he's OK. The point of this is to reduce anxiety rather than increase it. A reasonable physical device but with dreadful privacy and unreliable software. I used to use an old iPhone with VIGI baby monitor on it - which cost £5 which was pretty good but it was annoying waiting for the iPhone to start up and difficult to physically position the phone so I bought Furbo. It boots up really quickly and the device physically looks nice but the privacy is a nightmare - they have videos of you inside your home that are hard to get off their systems, the software is buggy and you get an alert that "somethings happening with your dog!" But when you try to connect 5 times out of ten you get an "Unable to connect to Furbo" error. I'd recommend sticking with the £5 software solution!

From a data privacy perspective a catastrophe. You are forced to start a 30 days trial period. During this time the device is recording videos all the day and you cannot even deactivate it. When reaching the end of the trial period the app is highlighting each day the button to start an abo ... this button get`s each day bigger and the link to start the app smaller. So it`s very easy to start an abo unintentionally... very dubious. Don`t buy !

So I bought a Furbo 2 years ago and for the first 18 months it was great - although you don’t need to take out the ‘nanny’ subscription and remember the charges are in U.K. £s. However, for the past 6 months I have not been able to connect the Furbo. Have tried everything instructed to do (feels like hundreds of times) but still no connection. Solution - requires buying new Furbo of buying a refurbished one. There is no repair option. I am truly disappointed. The Furbo was great when working but once it stops connecting you have to get a new or refurbished one; and is a 18 month life span optimum?

Schmutz, NICHT KAUFEN! Es ist seit 4 Monaten nicht da und wird wahrscheinlich nicht mehr ankommen! Trash, DONT BUY! Its been 4 months and its still not here and it probably wont get here either!

Our Furbo was faulty and after months of trying to contact a seemingly non existent customer services, I received a returns address and the promise of a replacement. We sent back the Furbo 6 months ago and have still not received a replacement despite monthly chasers. When it worked it was good but it appears the company is going bust or has no customer services and is now incredibly untrustworthy- AVOID!
