H from those who lived I.
Was given a gift of the set F9042 Apartment. As I started to build, figured out one of the bags were missing. Contacted support and after figuring out what bag was missing, the missing bag was sent along so that I could start the build. Customer service was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Lumibricks is a great company producing great products. When something goes wrong, they don’t hesitate to find a solution. Lucas, the main go to person is an asset to the company. Give him a raise.

Such a beautiful kit! It was my first Lumibricks build. The instructions were easy to follow and the lights a breeze to incorporate! Definitely ordering more kits!

The best. Incredible value for money. Assistance is present and responds quickly. I hope they can improve with tracking, because when the tracking they provide changes, and it's hard to find.

Habe das Set mit meiner Freundin zusammen gebaut. War ein riesen Spaß, und auch jetzt im Regal sieht das Set einfach mega aus.
