Satisfied, long time customer
As a motorcycle industry professional I have had need to ship motorcycles for about 25 years. I would estimate that has involved upwards of 300 motorcycles being shipped, most by Federal. Pricing is always competitive, usually the best, but more important I'd give them an A for general motorcycle care and handling.

Always excellent service
I've used FunTransport five times in the past two years to ship my fully loaded -- hard bags with all my gear -- BMW R1200GS motorcycle across the country, and have been completely satisfied with the ease of working with them as well as the obvious care they have taken with it. Their new steel roll-on locking pallets have only increased my confidence in them as a shipper.

Care in shipping valuble motorcycles
This is my 24 or 25th year having Federal ship motorcycles,initially with Jackie Baker and then Jennifer Gibbs.The service they provide is always first class, very proficient, That's why we at the Barber museum use Federal. We have no hesitation in recommending them to other collectors and institutions.

They were very professional. There was some damage done but they took care of it very fast no problems here.

I have shipped bikes for vacation travel for many years, as well as bikes I've purchased and sold I have worked with Jennifer and her staff and they are professional in every way always on time, always in good condition prices are competitive, and if you find some that's a little cheaper, you'll get what you pay for!!
