I just love the bed I purchased for my dog. I had originally purchased the bed for a Christmas present but it took forever to arrive. When it did arrive it was smaller than what I thought I ordered. I needed what I thought was an XL to realize your sizes were by CM so the bed I got was way too small for my dog. I re-ordered the 3XL and I finally received the size I needed.

This is my second purchase with FunnyFuzzy. I agree with most that the bed needs better, fuller or firmer pillows. I happen to have an extra chase lounge pillow that I was able to adjust and add to the bedding and that helped a lot. Please consider a better, fuller or firmer bedding pillow (bottom, back and arms). Otherwise, I don’t think it’s worth the cost. I just got lucky because I had an unused pillow and didn’t have to purchase more items for an already pricey bed for my gift to my neighbors second dog. I think he’s gonna be happy with it. Wish I could add a photo.

I strongly advise against purchasing from FunnyFuzzy. Their return process is a nightmare, and their customer service is completely unhelpful. I have been trying to return an item and get a refund for almost a month, yet they keep stalling, ignoring my requests, and trying to push discounts instead of honoring their own policies. Despite multiple emails making it clear that I do not want an exchange, they still haven’t provided the return information. This is beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. If you value your time and money, shop elsewhere—this company does not care about its customers once they’ve taken your payment.

I'd been eye up FunnyFuzzy's Dog beds for a while as they were constantly popping up on my FB newsfeed. My elderly dog is 14 years old and with not many teeth she dribbles quite a lot so, I was after a bed that had removeable covers so I could wash it without trying to wash the whole bed with the filling still in. I decided to buy her one and went for the Donut bed in Fuzzy Brown Size Large. I used a discount code and paid £50.39 instead of the full price of £71.99. I thought it was going to be sent from the UK. After waiting a few days, I felt a little uneasy about the company so I decided to google them. To my disappointment I found all the bad reviews, and the report on the Government website about them - Company Funnyfuzzy selling ‘sub-standard’ pet supplies from China shut down. I was then really worried that I had been ripped off and I wouldn't be able to get a refund. Two weeks from buying the bed, it did arrive. Its not like the bed in the sites pictures. Its a cheap replica of it. Its been made in really cheap fabric, not the same fabric as advertised. Its not as filled or plump as the one on the site, very limp, out of shape and poorly made. I have been ripped off but, I should have googled the company first. I know I won't get a refund so, I will have to take it as a lesson learned. I don't know how they are still trading as they have been shut down - Consumers complained Funnyfuzzy UK Co., Ltd had misled them either by providing defective or sub-standard goods, not sending the items, or failing to offer refunds. Awful. Still haven't received my item and they haven't even dispatched it yet. There reason its popular!
