I finally received the product.

TERRIBLE quality. Product came ripped at the seams and with a broken/unattached zipper. Not as advertised! Color and fabric are not as pictured. Do not waste your money!! Go to a more reputable site. And still waiting for customer service to get back to me.

I ordered a size XL dog bed. It is the smallest bed in my house. I usually buy M/L size beds. The photo showed a medium sized dog sitting comfortably on the bed with ample room on either side. My cat is the only animal in the house that seems to have any room whatsoever. This is not what was advertised. It is tiny. I cannot keep this product. Also, it took weeks to get here and the tracking app lost track of the package in LA ten days before it arrived.

I’m beyond disappointed with both the quality of the product and the company’s complete failure to resolve an ongoing complaint. I ordered an ‘orthopedic’ extra-large dog bed, which arrived on 11th March, and the quality was appalling. To make matters worse, the bed arrived with a small tear in the fabric. I contacted customer service the next day to report the issue, hoping for a swift resolution. Fast forward one month, and I still have no resolution. I’ve received several emails saying that my complaint is being ‘escalated to the relevant department,’ but nothing ever happens. It’s incredibly frustrating to be promised action and receive no follow-up. The lack of communication and any real effort to address the issue has been nothing short of infuriating. Please do not purchase anything from this company. You might as well throw your money down the drain! Terrible product quality combined with terrible customer service makes for a thoroughly unpleasant experience. I've updated my review following FunnyFuzzy's generic reply. It's strange that FunnyFuzzy is unable to locate my order considering I have sent around a dozen emails requesting help in the past month. All talk no action! Definitely a company that is NOT happy to help!

An alle Hundeliebhaber Finger weg von diesen Produkten.Die Ware wird super schön angepriesen , aber das ist das letzte vom letzten. Billige Ware!!!!!!! Wir haben leider ein zu kleines Reisetransportbett bestellt. Wollten es zurücksenden und unser Geld zurück erstattet bekommen. Leider wurden wir nicht darauf hingewiesen,dass es nach Amerika zurück geht.Die kosten dafür waren höher als das Produkt gekostet hat.Wir haben dann NICHT unser Geld zurück bekommen sondern nur 40% von insgesamt 55Euro!!!! Eine Unverschämtheit!!! Lasst bloß die Finger weg.
