We ordered two XXL dog beds that were advertised as 47" in length. One bed measures only 38", and the other 41"—neither matches the listed dimensions. Both are also smaller in width than advertised. We've been trying to resolve this issue with Funny Fuzzy for weeks. Despite numerous messages, they continue to drag out the process, repeatedly asking for photos or SKU numbers without ever directly addressing the problem. We're now on our 14th email with them, and still no resolution. *** funny fuzzy response below is exactly how they manage to side step addressing issues directly. There is no messages from them in my spam, they message back, they just don’t address the issue.
