Realicé un pedido con ustedes y no me confirmaba la entrega de mi cama para mi perro y el día 10 de abril, me indicaron que no había Stock para la entrega de mi cama y que podía solicitar mi reembolso, sin embargo, al contestar el mismo correo, indicándoles que me dieran los pasos a seguir para solicitar el mismo, comenzó a rebotar el correo. y a pesar de qué les escribo nuevamente por correo electrónico, los mismos me siguen rebotando y no me han dado alguna solución de la entrega o del reembolso. This website is a scam. After more than 2 weeks where no shipping details were provided, I lodged a dispute with paypal to request a refund. They have emailed me separately to the paypal correspondecne, asking me to cancel the dispute in order for a refund to be issued - very dodgy behaviour.

Funnyfuzzy sent a response that only delays the process for them to do the right thing. They had numerous emails where the order #FF350394S was in the subject of every email (5 total). They even offered a 20% discount to keep the wrong item. Do not buy from this company. Took 5 weeks to send me a large dog bed when I ordered an extra large. They said I could return it at my expense but if it wasn't packaged as delivered they would not issue a credit. The product is sealed in a vacuum package. They lied to my credit card company regarding the return so don't expect any support. Ammended review. The dog sofa did arrive after a couple of weeks. The soda bed looks as it does on the website. Being more open about time to delivery and where the beds are being shipped from would likely improve their ratings and trust. Quality-wise the bed appears decent enough. It's certainly very soft. I would have prepared a bit more thickness and padding on the base as bought for 9 year old collie who's leg is getting a bit stiff. For most dogs it will be more than fine! I also received emails with an update on shipping and tracking with £10 refund for delay. In summary greater knowledge of the process of shipping before hand would have increased the star award of this review and the dog bed was for the most part as expected and as the reviews describe on their website.
