You had to overcome some logistical issues and most importantly TARIFF issues but you got my package to me. And offered me a refund if I cancelled PLUS 15% off on next order. My couch pad is an exact match to my blanket throw that I ordered from you 6 months ago that’s WHY it was so important to keep pushing to get it thru customs. Thanks again. I love it.

Wir haben bei FunnyFuzzy ein großes dickes kratzfestes Hundekissenbett mit Wirbelsäulenschutz für unseren Labrador gekauft. Nachdem die Lieferung auf den ersten Versuch aus unerklärlichen Gründen nicht geklappt hat und erst nach dem zweiten Anlauf und vielen E-Mails dann endlich funktioniert hat. Haben wir ein relativ kleines zusammengeschnürtes mit Plastikklebeband verpacktes Hundebett bekommen. Das Bett besteht aus drei Kammern mit billig gefüllten Schaumstoffflocken .Diese sind sehr weich und wenn dann endlich in Form gebracht sind unterm Bezug keinerlei Festigkeit/Wirbelsäulenschutz bieten. Auf Anfrage bezüglich des offensichtlich mangelhaften Kissens haben wir keine Antwort mehr bekommen! Zwei Sterne weil der Stoff Stoffbezug inordnung ist . Sonst leider nich geeignet für große Hunde!

I placed an order the beginning of April and paid for express shipping. I ordered 2 doggy couches couches and 2 lamb toys. Cost me about $300. On April 25th I recieved one of the dog couches but nothing else . Emailed them but no response . Still waiting on my other doggy couches and lamb toys and don’t know how to contact them or what’s going on with the rest of my order. Expressed shipping was 2-10 days and here we are 28 days later ..
