I bought a couple of items from them (6/04), and I only got one of them (after two weeks). I told them about the issue and asked them not to send me the other item (a carrier bag that I needed to get as soon as possible), since the time I needed it had already passed. They ignored me and sent it anyway (30/04). Today (9/05), I am still waiting for the parcel to arrive. Awful experience, avoid it!

Widerruf der Bestellung: 30.04.2025 Versandbenachrichtigung: 30.04.2025 (nach dem Widerruf - oh Wunder...) Tracking des Pakets: Auch am 09.05.2025 noch nicht möglich, da das Paket nie versandt wurde. Die Firma lässt mir mitteilen das Sie den Widerruf nicht annehmen kann, da das Paket angeblich schon versandt wurde. Alles in allem kein Geschäftsgebaren mit dem ich etwas zu tun haben will. Update 10.05.2025 Die Antwort von FunnyFuzzy auf diese Bewertung war das ich schon eine Mail von ihnen mit neuen Informationen bekommen habe. Diese aber vielleicht „verstecken“ spielt. Diese Floskel verwendet ihr auch bei fast jeder Antwort mit einer negativen Rezension. Die Mail habe ich übrigens 2 Minuten vor der Antwort auf Trusted Pilot erhalten. Diese Art auf Kritik zu reagieren bestätigt meinen sehr schlechten Eindruck dieser Firma. P.S.: Den Trackinglink in der heutigen Mail werde ich sicherlich nicht anklicken.

Received the product in good time. Thought the number of pieces would work well on the couch I have. Overlap doesn't work (my couch is not totally square).

Love the variety of products offered. Great quality and great customer service. I only wish that the shipping/tracking of the orders were easier to follow.

Ordine effettuato e pagato (FF585695S), in data 24/04 e mai arrivato. Sul tracking risulta in transito ed ogni giorno cambiano la data di consegna con la successiva. In più non rispondono alle mail di assistenza. Una truffa!
