Absolute scam!
Absolute scam! Ordered 19th May and the item still hasn’t been dispatched and it’s now mid June. Have emailed multiple times and no response received.

Société frauduleuse. À fuir….
Commande passée le 15 mai. Article jamais reçu. Après contact avec le service client, on remarque que les réponses sont toujours les mêmes, invitant le client à patienter pour recevoir sa commande qui n’arrivera jamais. Le remboursement demandé n’a pas été effectué. Il semble que ce site escroque sa clientèle.

Zero customer service or reliability
I made an online order of 26 May for a new bed for my dog. It’s now 16 June. I have received no bed, no tracking number and no human responses to several emails to their customer support. Each time I’ve emailed them they send a generic automated reply to check my tracking - despite having no tracking number to submit. Extremely poor service and untrustworthy. In every email I’ve sent them I’ve included my order number which I’ll publish publicly so they cannot use the excuse of no order number found FF23089AU

Got nothing - lost my money
I made an order to FunnyFuzzy 25. April 2026. Now it is 16. June 2026 and I am still waiting my package. Funnyfuzzy is not able to fulfill my order and they are not ready to give my money back. Not so good customer service. I cannot recommend them at all.

Poor Communication and No Order Updates
I placed an order on 25 May (Order #FF23063AU) and received an order confirmation, but since then I have received no shipping updates or meaningful communication regarding my order. I have emailed multiple times and contacted the company through Instagram. While I initially received a response on social media, my follow-up messages have gone unanswered. My biggest frustration is not the delay itself, but the lack of customer service and communication. As a customer, I simply want to know where my order is and when I can expect to receive it. Unfortunately, after several attempts to contact the company, I am still waiting for a response and resolution. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company.

Commande ##FR53554 acheté le 10 mai mais jamais envoyée malgré le paiement effectué. Aucun suivi sérieux et communication insuffisante. Ne répond pas au mail quand on demande un remboursement. Très déçu par cette expérience.

Customer service doesn’t exist!!!!
Placed an order on May 3rd and have not received the products ordered. I received tracking details weeks ago but there have been no updates and it still shows as “waiting for details”. I contacted the courier company and they said the number assigned isn’t even a tracking number for them. I have tried contacting FunnyFuzzy 4 times for an update and they have not responded. So incredibly disappointed and will never order from them again, which is unfortunate since the order I placed a few years ago was great. I sent a final email to them asking for a refund and have heard nothing. I have no idea what to do at this point other than try to contact my bank for a refund. DO NOT order from this company! Not a trustworthy company
Placed an order on 2/11/26 for a dog bed(Order #FF722147S )have yet to receive the dog bed or even any tracking information. That’s over 4 months and $100 dollars down the drain. I’ve sent 3 emails and the issue has not been rectified yet. Will not be buying from them again.
