Good concept, very poor quality. Cushion does not stay in place at all! Flimsy, not worth the money. Ended up having to purchase a cushion to fill the bed out properly. Expected a lot better

Took a month and a half to arrive with little to no communication. Is a cheaply made product. Bowl on the cat tower doesn’t attach so my cat has jumped into it, slipped out and fell down with it. Top portion is also very small.

I got mine 2 days ago. I ordered the "Extra Large (XL)” Cooling Washable Rectangle Orthopedic Dog Bed - Cooling Nap but it was way smaller than the measurements provided in your size charts. I also checked the other sizes, but none of the measurements really matched what I got. Plus, the bed that I got never really puffed. I already contacted your support email for returns or replacements, but no answer. I've also written multiple reviews on your site, but I think it's being removed or something because it doesn't show up every time I refresh the page. I was looking for a replacement, but now I'm just gonna ask for a refund.
