Not worth the hassle
Everything seemed fine in the beginning. I ordered my product, I received an email confirming that my order would ship in a few days and then an email telling me to download their app to get tracking information. I emailed asking for tracking information as I wasn’t interested in another app and was told that there were delays but they would refund 5% of my order once the product was delivered. I was fine with that but 6 days later, still no tracking so I sent another email which went unanswered. Another email sent 2 days later which also went unanswered and then after 2 more days, I requested a refund which they processed the next day. I was refunded 16 days after placing my order and there was never any information on when my item would ship. I really wish this company would have been more reliable as there are several things I would have purchased but my dog is elderly and I couldn’t wait around without finding another solution for her. Order from this company with Caution!
