bad communication and quality...
Did not respond to questions on Delivery only after PayPal dispute was opened, because after 4 weeks the trackingnumber still showed no package in its way. When PayPal stepped in, suddenly a sign of life and a week later the articles arrived, but only to leave us very unhappy with the actual quality of the Deluxe travel bed - it is very much not Deluxe but very flimsy, cussions not big enough to füll the actual bwd. The tiedowns are also not looking very safe...
