Ordered a bed in May it’s now July and still no order received or any delivery info. Been offered a 10% refund when it arrives but no comms when that will be. Def a scam and reporting to my bank. Have been in touch with the company and being ignored. Learn from my mistake. Don’t order from this company.

I ordered a large pet bed for my pitbull and it is WAY too small. I asked to return it and now they are asking for pictures. For what? A picture is not necessary. I don't like it and I don't want it. So now it seems they are trying everything to delay my return, hoping I'll give up. I paid $85 for this cheaply made bed that is a joke. Wish I had checked reviews before I ordered from this dishonest company. Never again...I have hopefully learned my lesson. I will now go further to try to get my money back.

So auch ich bin leider in die Falle getappt. Ich habe am 14.05. ein Hundebett bestellt. Nach einer kurzen Zeit(19.05.) bin ich auf Trustpilot auf die schlechte Resonanz gestoßen und habe dem Support eine Mail zukommen lassen, es folgte keine Antwort. Nach weiteren Wochen (19.06.) schrieb ich eine erneute Mail. Keine Antwort. Am 23.06. schrieb ich wieder mit einer Bitte sich nach 24 Std. auf die Mail zu reagieren, ansonsten würde ich Papypal kontaktieren und versuchen mein Geld wieder zu bekommen. Am 25. habe ich dann bei Paypal einen Fall gemeldet und der Verkäufer hatte dort die Chance zu reagieren. Auch dies ist nicht eingetroffen. Dann habe ich bei Papypal einen Konflikt gemeldet (09.07.) mit der Anforderung, dass ich das Produkt nach zwei Monaten nicht mehr brauche und es erfolgte nun heute eine Versandbestätigung. Eine unfassbare Frechheit. Keine Ahnung aus welchem Land es nun eingeschickt wird, ob es überhaupt auftaucht. Funnyf. hat sich jedoch zu keinem Zeitpunkt zu dem Fall geäußert. Ich bin gespannt wie es nun weiter geht. Ich werden sonst mehrere Mails zu meinem weiteren Fall verfassen. Bloß die Finger davon lassen.

Avoid using this site! Not sure if it’s a scam site? I placed an order on the 10th of June emailed them on the 10th of July a month later asking where it was? Got a reply to say it’s not been dispatched yet and will give me a 10% refund when it’s delivered? A week later nothing, emailed and asked for a refund, funny enough they have stoped replying to me? So I provided them with the details they asked for on this post and they have not responded to me!!? I’m now contacting trading standards and my bank to try and get a refund that way as they are obviously ignoring me. Please, please do NOT use this site!!

The bed I ordered was way undersized for a medium. It was more like a small. I’ve emailed to ask about an exchange for a larger one and haven’t heard back from you

Un desastre todo. Venden productos que no envían. Es decir venden camas de viscoelastica para perros y lo que mandan son tres trozos mal cortados y que no encajan de un espuma cutre y mala y que nada tiene que ver con la viscoelastica. No envían número de seguimiento del paquete y el paquete llega 3 semanas después!!! Y cuando llega, pues te encuentras con esa cosa que nada tiene que ver con lo que se ha comprado. Y cuando intentas tramitar la devolución se tiran 10 días mareándome, diciendo que me devuelven el 20% y que me quede con la cosa esa que me han enviado, luego que si me devuelven el 40%, y luego el 60%, y que si quiero el 100% tengo que pagar yo los gastos de devolución cuando en la web pone claramente que las devoluciones son gratuitas…. Un fraude en toda regla. Aquí estoy poniendo la incidencia en mi banco y esta tarde iré a la policía nacional.

The color of the couch cover is exactly what I wanted however I ordered the 3 seat cover and it is way too long. I have tried to find my original order to see if I ordered the wrong size but can’t find it. I have had to fold both sides under. I really thought I measured the length of my couch before I ordered. It would look better if not so big.
