I never received my order and when we ask for an explanation we are told that it is a customs problem, I am still waiting for a clear answer regarding the delivery date

This company was issued a WINDING UP ORDER by the UK Courts in December 2024, yet are still trading online and taking peoples money. Wish I could give zero stars as this is a total SCAM! Ordered two dog beds on 28/06/25, took my money, received a confirmation email and then................. NOTHING!! Every subsequent email ignored and I certainly don't expect to get either the products or my money back. So many people are suffering the same fate, this has to be illegal

Es una estafa , no envían nada. Hace un mes hice una compra por valor de 90€ y no recibí nada me puse en contacto con ellos y en un principio me reconocieron que había un retraso pero que lo arreglarán rápidamente , como eso no ocurre me vuelvo a poner en contacto con ellos y les pido anular el envío ya que aún no lo enviaron y ya no obtengo más respuestas.

Extremely poor/non-existent customer care. Ordered products have still not been dispatched despite ordering over a month ago. Have sent numerous enquiries and ALL have been ignored. Extremely dissatisfied with this company and DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. Also offers a free toy worth £18.99 but this is a blatant LIE to entice you to buy from them. Have not received a free toy with any of my orders. I have raised this issue with this company and they ALWAYS IGNORE MY EMAILS. I am in the process of submitting a complaint against this company with the Trading Standards Authority. If you google this company then you will realise it was closed down in 2024 by the Insolvency Service for issues including poor product quality, failure to provide refunds,and filing false dormant accounts.

I placed an order with Not-So-Funny Fuzzy over seven weeks ago. A few items showed up. The rest? Still missing. I’ve emailed their customer service multiple times and received no response whatsoever. Not even a generic message. Just total radio silence. I’m now over £150 out of pocket and have had to open a PayPal claim to try and recover my money. The items that did arrive weren’t anything special - certainly not worth the hassle. Combine that with non-existent customer service and you’ve got a company that clearly doesn’t care once they’ve taken your money. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere. This isn’t a business - it’s a gamble.

EDIT/Update One item received without any communication. One still outstanding. The quality is very poor and the pet bed smells awful. I’ll continue to pursue this via PayPal Dispute Resolution Team. PayPal awaiting a response from the seller. No correspondence. No shipping information. On emailing them to say I was raising a dispute via PayPal suddenly my tracking number appeared but I can’t see how to track or via what postal service. I’ve attempted to raise a dispute via PayPal but the free gift seems to be preventing me from doing so online. I will now need to call PayPal and ask them to stop this transaction.

I need you to email me ASAP!!! Your email you sent me the other day doesn’t answer my question.. I want proof the refund was processed and the date it was not a screenshot of my order. My bank won’t refund me the money because you wrote and told me to cancel the dispute because you couldn’t process the refund because of it that was obviously a lie!!! Now they won’t give me the money , so I want it off you.. sort it out this has been going on too long now sick of it

Ordered over £50 worth of items from this company over 3 weeks ago and I am yet to receive my items or a confirmation of estimated delivery. I messaged them and they could not confirm an estimated delivery for the items. I am now trying to get a refund but I am not optimistic I will get my money back. I would avoid this company at all costs! Edit.. I have since replied to funnyfuzzy with information they have requested below in their reply to this review (although they already have this information via my emails I have previously sent them) Hopefully now they will help after leaving this public review!
