HORRIBLE and DECEITFUL
HORRIBLE and DECEITFUL. After months of waiting, they gave me a fake tracking number and have subsequently refused my request to cancel and refund my order. This site is an absolute scam.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Only uses automated response. Emailed numerous times for tracking number only to be given tracking link, but no number. Opened case with PayPal and they refunded my money straight away. Obviously there has been complaints of this nature and no doubt ongoing. Maybe they need to change their name to 'Funny Business' Will not be buying anything from them.

Awful Company
Very disappointed that I haven’t received my order #FF33836U, was for my puppy to make travel easy (going to vet etc) but instead had to rely on family/friends to help. Also messaged on facebook & emailed but no response, at this point would just prefer a full refund so I can order a car seat that I actually know I will receive. As going by the reviews on this getting a reply or it coming seems slim.

Arnaque, commande jamais reçu, plus de réponses
Pareil que les précédents avis… Commande passée en mai et toujours aucune nouvelle. J’ai demandé le remboursement depuis 3 semaines ( avec relance ) et toujours aucune réponse. J’ai signalé ce site sur le site du gouvernement SignalConso. Si d’autres sont dans la même situation je vous invite à faire de même.

Ich habe am 29.5.26 ein Kühlbett für meinen Hund gekauft, per PayPal bezahlt und bis heute 1.7.26 den Artikel nicht erhalten. Inzwischen habe ich 4 x per Mail angefragt und keine Antwort bekommen. Daher kann ich nur abraten und anderen Tierhaltern weitergeben das man bei diesem "Shop" besser nichts kauft. Nie wieder! Bestellung: FF46510D, heute ist der 2.9.26, Ware noch immer nicht eingetroffen
