Great advertising, but no shipping confimation after 5 weeks.
Ordered dog bed 2 July 2025. Crickets since then - have emailed twice and have filled out an online contact form. The only response was an email that saying no phone number, but happy to answer any quetions I send via email.. This was many weeks after the order was placed.. No mention of where the order was. Still no shipping confirmation received to date (7th August) No customer service - avoid this company. Will need to try and recoup money through PayPal. Order number FF11361AU
