SCAM of the Century!!!
If there were negative stars that’s what FunnyFuzzy should get. My last review was ten days ago. They quickly emailed me within the hour so they could state here that they had already responded and maybe it landed in my spam folder. They sent a bogus tracking number that no carrier recognizes. They are making excuses about tariffs causing delays. Even if that is true, be honest about where our items are and how long it will really take to get them. I am now demanding a refund.

I would order again.
The items ordered were exactly as advertised. They arrived in a reasonable amount of time and were well packaged. The sale price was very good. I would order again.

Waited for months and worst customer service I have ever had
I had to wait literally months for my order and in the meantime tried to cancel and tried to get tracking information and there was poor to none connection. I ordered a similar product from Amazon and loved it and when I finally got my order I am less than thrilled about it and had no recourse for return or refund. I asked for refund several times and got no response. I would never ever order from this company again and would not recommend it to anyone. Just say no and run away. Horrible

Profited millions as a SCAM substandard company.
Would give less than 1* Been trying to get in touch with them to figure out what is going on with my order. No contact, provided all details and emailed and whatsapped the company to be completely ignored. Avoid. GOV.uk has a whole page entailing this company are fraudsters and profited millions from customers across the UK US and AUS. You’re taking money off of people that just want the best for their pets. Shameful.

As others have said, avoid at all costs. No communication what so ever other than an order acknowledgement. Track order doesn’t seem to work and no one replies via email. Fortunately paid through PayPal so will open a dispute.

Fast-fashion company charging premium prices.
SCAM COMPANY. REPORT THEM. Leave reviews everywhere you can. They've been shutdown in the UK, lets get them shut down in Aus too. Report to ScamWatch (run by the ACCC). If you used a payment platform like PayPal, lodge a complaint through them too (if more people complain to PayPal they will remove themselves/cancel their contract as a paying platform option for this scam company.)

Waited a long time for an inferior dog carrier product
The delivery process was frustratingly prolonged, with no updates provided until I reached out to customer service. The website indicated a two-week delivery timeframe, yet it took significantly longer, rendering the product unnecessary by the time it arrived. Upon contacting the company, I was informed that the delay was attributed to external factors, specifically mentioning Trump. There was an option to return the item at my cost, or a discount to keep. I opted to accept a 10% discount to avoid the hassle of pursuing a refund. After the item sat unused in my hallway for two weeks while I was on holiday, I finally opened it, only to discover that the back support of the dog carrier bag was completely lacking in filling, making it appear flimsy. The colour and buckle attachments were unlike the product advertised online. I attempted to file a claim with eBay, but since I had already possessed the item for over a month, they were unable to assist me. Consequently, I am now left with a £40.00 dog carrier that resembles a low-quality product from a discount retailer. I have no intention of using FunnyFuzzy again, as their impersonal "Dear Friend" communication and poorly written emails left much to be desired.
