Order never arrived
Ordered a dog bed in June which never arrived. Impossible to contact them. Absolute SCAM! Don’t order, you’ll loose money, patience and time.

Estafa total, sin producto y sin repuesta
Hice mi pedido #FF649409S el pasado 28 de Julio y ni he recibido ninguna respuesta a todos mis emails. Me han cobrado el importe del pedido pero no lo he recibido. He enviado un email para anularlo y tampoco responden. Exijo la devolución del importe y anulación del pedido. Gracias

Aucune nouvelle malgré les relances COMMANDE ##FR40030
J’ai passé commande (##FR40030) en juillet de plusieurs articles dont le nouveau panier de mon chien qui devait arriver juste avant notre déménagement. JAMAIS REÇU, AUCUN RETOUR malgré des relances. Je ne peux même pas les contacter pour changer d’adresse de livraison. Mon chien se retrouve sans panier, je vais devoir aller en racheter un, 120 euros à la poubelle. C’est la première fois que je suis déçue d’une marque comme ça……

Where do i begin
Where do i begin? I ordered a dog stairs. After weeks of emailing support of where my order was - with no response whatsoever - it suddenly appeared. However, it was not what i ordered. It was a dog bed. I have once again asked this company to tell me how to return it. hint: they won’t. The only avenue will be my Amex card to charge them back. Everyone out there, if you used a credit card, go through a credit card dispute resolution process.

Decepcionante No compren
Decepcionante, no contestan en ninguno de sus correos de servicio al cliente, NO HAY SERVICIO AL CLIENTE, ya ha pasado un mes sin noticias. Espero que vean estas opiniones antes de caer en la estafa. Hasta ahora no se si me llegaran los articulos o devolveran el dinero, pero para cobrar eso si, no tardaron ni 2 min.

Lack of Communication... month later and still no item
I ordered a dog bed from them on July 1 and over a month later, still no item. Reached out to them twice and never received a response. I received a promotional email almost every day but never anything about my order. They are also very sneaky about on a shipping protection plan for a couple dollars without you selecting it.

The zipper broke right away
The zipper broke right away, when we tried to put the cover on the bolster part of the bed. The zipper wasn't strong enough for a cover that could barely contain the bolster, even though one of us held the bolster down, while the other zipped. At first the zipper came apart behind the zipped section, then the pull fell off, even though we had made sure that the zipper was started correctly. Otherwise the bed seems like a quality product. As I detest the hassle of sending things back and negotiating shipping costs, I decided to keep it, sew the cover on, and purchase a large pillow cover from another company to go over the whole thing.
