Order not arrived or even dispatched
I had confirmation that my orders were in transit on 14 & 15th June …… no order as yet and we are now 4th July ! Tracking details are not working and no reply to my email ? Hoping I can contact card provider and get my money back it was quite a large purchase !

I ordered my couch cover on June 3rd
I ordered my couch cover on June 3rd. It is now July 3rd, and after 2 emails I have received no responses (only auto) and we still have not gotten it. I'm reporting it to my credit card company. TOTAL SCAM

Lovely item (but it took a while to arrive)
The sofa cover that I ordered is exactly what I was looking for - soft, great colour, feels good quality, exact size as specified. It's heavy enough not to wrinkle, but not so thick that it won't fit in my small washing machine. It has rubber dots across the underside of the fabric to help the cover not to move. I'm really happy with it. The only negative is that it took AGES to arrive, but customer service were helpful when I queried where it was, and it did arrive in the end. I'm not sure if this was a dispatch issue or a courier issue, so it may have been out of their control.

If I can leave a 0 star I would
If I can leave a 0 star I would. I ordered a dog bed on June 18. Order is still not sent. It is still marked as confirmed. I emailed the support team 3 times within 2 weeks and still no reply. I am so dissapointed with this company and do NOT recommend you order from them. My next step is small claims court seeing I cannot seem to get in touch with anyone there

Bestellt am 11.6.26, bis 3.7.26 keine Lieferung. Support hat sich bis heute auf meine MAIL'S nicht gemeldet. Wenn 0 Sterne möglich wären, hätte ich 0 gegeben. Jetzt kam gerade am 4.7.26 dass Sie sich der Sache annehmen und sich wieder melden...blablabla. Liegt vielleicht daran dass ich mir mein Geld über PayPal wieder zurück geholt habe. Mich sehen die nie wieder!

Terrible customer service, delays
I ordered a dog bed on 31 May 2026, it is now 3 July and still no bed. I have emailed twice and no response. There is no tracking information available. Absolutely hopeless. I'm wondering if it's a scam, may have to report it to my bank.

Couch Cover Order placed in April
Order placed in April, still nothing from them in regard to shipping etc. Have emailed a couple of times and the response is the same, we are working hard to get your order out, however still no order.
