No communication
I placed an order at the end of July and have tried to reach out to the support team on multiple occasions but received no responses. I have received no updates for my order, no delivery estimation, no tracking information, no warnings of a delay. It’s very disheartening and quite unprofessional to have no communication at all.

FR39255 nuovo ordine mai arrivato
La prima consegna é andata bene e il prodotto era anche bello, per questo motivo ho effettuato un secondo ordine di ben 138€ che però non é mai arrivato!!!! Ho scritto diverse volte alla mail di supporto senza alcuna risposta! Terribile esperienza Ordine numero FR39255 Aggiorno la mia recensione, nonostante abbia ricevuto conferma del futuro rimborso via e-mail entro 3 giorni lavorativi, ancora non ho visto nessun accredito e sull’app l’ordine risulta ancora “en traitement”. Vi chiedo gentilmente di verificare quanto prima.

COMPLETE SCAM!
I would give zero stars if I could. I placed an order with this company well over a month ago and have received absolutely nothing. No communication, no updates, no tracking — just silence after they happily took my money. At this point it feels like they’ve outright stolen from me. This company is completely untrustworthy. Do NOT waste your time or money here. There are plenty of legitimate businesses out there — this one is nothing more than a scam.

Bad idea
Well, 6 months since I placed my order and I am still waiting for it to arrive. At first the communication from Funny Fuzzy was very apologetic, then I was offered a 10% discount on my next order wich seems like a joke at this point. Now they have stopped answering my emails…

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I payed for my order (FF15874M) on July 5 and haven’t heard anything back! I tried email, instagram and everything. I think they just stole my money and they will never send anything.

J’envoie des mails et je reçois un retour automatique me disant que mon mail n’a pas pu être distribué « Le système de courrier du destinataire a refusé d’accepter une connexion à partir de votre système de courrier malgré plusieurs tentatives de remise de votre courrier. » En réponse à mon dernier funny fuzzy a indiqué m’avoir répondu par mail, je n’ai eu aucun mail (et j’ai bien vérifié mes mails) Site à fuir et je vais les signaler
