I asked for send back Papers for free shipping this unwelcome baggage but i got only message in gutes from a computer . Im not sattisfied at all. Not a fan.
Not a fan of the cooling ortho beds we just ordered. The fabric is cheap. There is no ortho foam. And it took almost two months to arrive. When it was delivered it was squeezed so tight to remove all of the air, it took two days to decompress. Just really not happy with this purchase.

Worried…
I ordered 2 items separately from Funnyfuzzy and haven’t received either yet. I have emailed about the first one and have had no reply. I thought it was a uk company, so not sure why there is this delay. Having read these reviews, and also seeing an insolvency notice on the internet, I am now very concerned I won’t get the items at all.

Scam
I placed an order over a month ago, my order has still not been shipped and I have received no updates. I have sent four emails now with no response. Despite the team saying they are “always happy to help” this couldn’t be more of a lie. Scam.

Where is my order??
I placed an order for a large dog car seat bed on July 21, and as of today, it’s been exactly one month. The order status still shows as “confirmed,” but it appears the item has yet to be shipped. I’ve reached out via email multiple times and did receive some communications, though none provided a clear explanation. The last communication I received was on August 5, stating the item would be dispatched “as soon as possible”—but since then, there’s been complete silence. While I understand that delays can happen, I would appreciate at least a realistic estimate of when I can expect to receive my order. I also requested more transparency regarding the cause of the delay and eta, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any follow-up. This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve encountered. I would strongly advise others to think twice before placing an order. As for the product quality, I can’t comment—because I still haven’t received it.
