Scam of a website, I ordered 3 new dog beds over 4 weeks ago no shipping or updates I have emailed and contacted the website 4 times now over the last 2 weeks and heard nothing I assume I’ve lost my money with no beds? Be nice to get something back from there “24/7” support team

Edit: finally got a refund and they said I could keep the bed, which to date I still have not received. I bought an ortho bed for my terminal dog to give him comfort. Yeah, he died 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for the bed. No communication, three emails. Not an Australian company, they keep changing their name, website and style. Products stay the same. Aweful humans. Wish I has read the reviews here, instead of the website.

No communication after ordering 4 weeks ago. I reached out three times to see when item would be shipped, nothing back from them whatsoever. I have asked to now cancel my order and have gone through the proper channels and they still have not contacted me. Do not trust or buy from this brand.

Please avoid this company I’ve been waiting since June for my dog bed said they had delivered it what I received was a piece of plastic with a hook on it. Absolutely disgusting.

Order a couch cover over a month ago, unable to track package. I wish that I read reviews before I ordered. I would not recommend this company. I went to Amazon and ordered the same product and got it 3 days later. Never again. No way to contact the seller .

The pad is soft and the dogs. Had hope it was waterproof but isn't.

Ho contattato a più riprese il servizio clienti. Dopo un iniziale risposta, ad oggi hanno smesso di rispondere (risultano 3 mail senza risposta). Purtroppo esperienza estremamente negativa per cui sconsiglio di ordinare materiale con loro per evitare il disagio che hanno arrecato a noi.

So, first time order from FF. At time of order, estimated delivery was 5 days later. Never did receive promised notice of item being shipped. Had downloaded the app to be able to follow the progress, however when registering for such, the promised acknowledgment email never arrived. Tried it twice, on two different days. So after 3 weeks, I emailed FF asking the status of the order, stating that if it hadn't yet been shipped, to cancel the order and refund. To their credit, the positive part of this experience, is that they replied in less than 24 hours, with information of when it was shipped (which was after my inquiry). I responded with an expression of my disappointment that they went ahead and shipped, after I had asked them to cancel. Again, they responded in a timely manner, giving me instructions on how to return, if I desired to do so. Bottom line. I received the order about one month after ordering. The item looks to be as shown on the website, but it's going to be a gift for someone else, so I can't speak to the full extent of the quality of the couch blanket. Their communication was good, after the gap between the initial immediate order acknowledgment and the three weeks of silence until I reached out to them. During the waiting period, I did online searches for reviews of the company, and found many similar experiences to mine. Because of this, I personally would not order from them again, although the product itself looks to be good, and their troubleshooting communications were expedient.
