Don't buy from here
Don't buy from here. I waited over a month for my item and when it finally arrived it was poor quality. There is no way to process a return other than emailing them. They have ignored my emails for weeks so I have given up and taken the loss. Buy elsewhere.

DO NOT USE. STILL WAITING FOR ORDER AFTER 3 MONTHS!
Ordered 3 items in July and have never received the bed. Sent 2 emails to the customer service and no reply even when I threatened to leave them the worst review in the world. The products I've received are ok and probably worth the money with thd discounts, but as I haven’t received my £50 bed I'm completely out of pocket. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I have tried to send a further email, but to no avail. Should you read this review, my order number is FFPET262964. I would like a refund as purchased a bed elsewhere as been waiting since 15th July! To your reply: I have not received an email and have checked my spam mail as well. It's bizarre that you now reply though when I put a poor review on trust pilot and didn't to my previous 2 emails. I have not received the bed and want a refund. Please sort this asap.

Placed order 10/08 still no item delivered and they stopped replying to me
*update* quickly reached out after i posted this review, but it should not take a bad review to get a response. Quickly then refunded me the full amount which I appreciate! Therefore i give them a 2. They should not allow you to place an order if they dont have the stock in. Would make for a lot less unhappy customers! Placed order 10/08. Still not shipped and they cant be me an estimate of when it will be shipped. Offered me a 20% discount if i was “willing to wait” for the order, i am not, so i asked for a full refund and since then they have stopped replying to my emails. Dont recommend at all!

It is way smaller than it appears. Maybe a guinea pig could use it. It took 3 months to arrive. I’ll go to Amazon in the future.

Flat and no support bed, not happy.
I received the 2 beds I ordered for my dogs and they are very flat, I’ve unzipped them to allow for them to expand but they are nothing like the picture advertised and described. I will be requesting a return/refund.
