I ordered my dog bed back on May 7th
I ordered my dog bed back on May 7th - it is now September 25th. I reached out and they said they would discount 10% when it was delivered due to the tariffs making it hard to deliver. I waited patiently another couple of months and when there was no word I asked for a refund. They told me they would discount 20% on delivery but have never followed up and won't respond to any of my emails. SCAM. DO NOT BUY. I want me refund.

Scam company?
My first experience with them was great, product came in decent time. Second order I have been waiting already for over 2 months. Customer Service is not great, they answer me once and then despite my follow-ups they don't even bother. I'm not sure if this is a scam or what? Now that I read all the reviews, i'm just surprised how they don't care, the common patterns and complains are in every single review here.

Currently a 2 star review for the lack…
Currently a 2 star review for the lack of delivery update of an order placed 3 weeks ago. The only email update was plenty of pet related waffle, without answering the question. Not seen a product yet, but they request a review. Buyers choice, so should've checked Trustpilot before I bought, and gone to Amazon, a shop or more reputable source.

Trackingnummer steht nur der Hinweis "Information Erhalten 06.08.2025". Kundenservice ist nicht erreichbar bzw. erhalte ich keine Rückmeldung per Email. Seriös fühlt sich anders an. Sollte ich kurzfristig keine Rückmeldung erhalten, werde ich rechtliche Schritte einleiten. Aktualisierung! Ich habe keine Mitteilung per email von ihnen erhalten und die angegebene email-Adresse für den Support ist nicht mehr existent. Warum wird man hier mit falschen Antworten hingehalten? Das ist Betrug!

Commande du 26 juin 2025 pour un matelas épais sans rayures pour chien + une housse de rechange que j'ai reçu, mais n'ayant pas le matelas je ne sais pas ce que je vais en faire on se fou de moi. Paiement directement encaissé par funnyfuzzy. Par contre au 25 septembre toujours pas reçu le matelas. Malgré plusieurs demandes au support client, pas de réponse et je ne sais absolument pas où est le colis. Funnyfuzzy égal escroquerie ? Cela y ressemble beaucoup et j'aimerais vraiment avoir quelqu'un au téléphone pour exprimer mon mécontentement plutôt que par écrit. En plus l'adresse française apparemment n'est plus valide, puisque maintenant les mails me reviennent non distribué. par contre ils envoient toujours de la pub sur mon adresse mail.

Probably a scam
Made an order on 18 June. It is now 25 Sept. I have not received this. I have sent multiple emails and they keep reassuring me that it is on its way or I will be updated.

Not worth it
Waited 2 months for the dog bed to come through. So much hype on dogs beds being orthopaedic, when opening the package there was nothing orthopaedic about it. Looked like the just stuffed it with feathers. It’s flat not fluffy, material is terrible. Don’t purchase a bed from here, definitely not worth $150 AUD and that was a half price sale. Don’t get fooled by their photos.
